Bonus ranges from $400 — $5,400 based on sale price on home sold/purchased and the agent representing you receiving full commission of 3%. If commission is less than 3%, then the rebate will be adjusted accordingly. You must advise your agent you want to participate in the program prior to signing an agency agreement or writing offers or listing your home for sale by the participating real estate firm and be represented by that firm at closing to qualify for bonus.
